The Cyber Security Analyst is a pivotal member of the IT Security team, acquiring knowledge of the various disciplines in cyber security. Job Description

As an Analyst you will have the following responsibilities:

• Apply an “automation first” mindset to reduce manual efforts 
• Collaborate with other teams to provide Security best practices 
• Monitoring environments for security issues
• Participate in Red team/Blue team activities
• Identify and report on vulnerabilities
• Work with Internal Audit and outside consultants as appropriate on required security assessments and audits
• Other duties as assigned by organization leadership

Requirements

• Experience with scripting languages such as Powershell and python
• Familiar with server/cloud services
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with others, to influence based on knowledge and experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• You are a self-starter with the dedication to work independently and as part of a team; ability to multi-task
• You thrive in dynamic environments with multiple changing priorities, where prioritization and time management are necessary tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills and an ability to diagnose problems across multiple disciplines
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; detail-oriented yet able to understand impacts across multiple projects and systems

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline methodologies
• Experience in information security or related field
• Tools: Github or similar, AWS, Azure, Splunk, Okta
